Marlborough OFfice Center Marlborough Office Center provides Furnished Office Space for Rent, Virtual Office Services, and Per Diem Private Office Rentals and Conference Room Rentals.

Furnished Office Space

Our Furnished Office Business Center is located on the 1st floor of a Class A building. Please see our Available Space page for current vacancies. Comprised of 50 offices in total, we are sure to have just what you are looking for, be it an economical “interior” office, or a spacious “exterior” office with a view.

Your calls will be answered and your guests greeted by a professional, courteous member of our reception team. We will project the image of success your business is seeking and provide you with the personal touch required to give you the edge in business – all without the overhead required of employing your own staff.

Hit the ground running without wasting time on a commercial lease negotiation. The guesswork is taken out of lease execution with our simple, standardized license agreement. You’re left to focus on the more pressing aspects of running your business. All license agreements are written for 90 days with automatic extensions. We require only 90 days written notice of termination. There is a 10% reduction in total rent for a 1 year lease.

Virtual Offices

A Virtual Office allows you to maintain a business identity without maintaining physical space. If you are moving out of state and want to keep your Massachusetts corporate identity this option could be right for you. Or, if you are currently working in an “at-home office” and wish to create a more professional façade for your business, we are able to provide you with all the trappings of an office identity without the cost of maintaining physical space.
